In order to meet the essential transportation needs of our customers all Anderson Automotive locations will remain open for business during these challenging times.  Please know that we appreciate your business, as well as your understanding while we adjust to this difficult and constantly changing situation.  Our goal is to do everything we can to remain available to our customers while prioritizing your health and safety as well as that of our employees.  We continue to monitor information from national, state and local health authorities as well as the CDC for guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Steps we have taken:
  • We are working with our cleaning company and employees to increase the frequency and intensity of their sanitization of our buildings daily.  We have asked that they focus additional efforts to disinfect the higher traffic areas and touchpoints.
  • We have provided additional disinfectant wipes and other anti-microbial products throughout our facilities for both customer and employee use.
  • We are encouraging basic hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing and coughing/sneezing etiquette.
  • We have instructed all employees to practice common sense when it comes to their health, and to follow the advice of their doctors and stay home should they become ill.
Due to the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made adjustments to our hours of operation:  

The Service and Parts Department is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.  

The Sales Department is open by appointment Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm.

In an effort to further enhance the safety of our employees and our customers, we are operating our Sales/Finance Departments by appointment only to limit the total number of people in our showroom at any one time.  Our staff has been instructed to adhere to CDC and other government guidelines regarding proper social distancing and hygiene.

Shop from Home
If you would feel more comfortable, Anderson sales personnel will make every effort to accomplish as much of the sales process as possible remotely, over the phone, via email and/or fax.  Our website has the functionality to accomplish almost all of the sales process from the comfort of your home, 24/7.  In certain circumstances we may be able to accomplish the entire sales process from test drive all the way through to the final purchase, without you ever needing to come into the dealership.  We hope that you also understand that there are some limitations to this (certain financing options, trade-in appraisals, large cash transactions, etc.) which may need to be finalized in person at our location.  Regardless, we will make every effort to maximize the amount of the process that is facilitated remotely so that we can minimize the time spent at our location.  

Service from Home
If you wish to remain at home or work, Anderson will provide a low-cost concierge option for pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for service work.  We will still need to bring your vehicle to our location to perform your maintenance, warranty or repair work, but we are offering the ability for our employees or contracted vendor to bring your vehicle to and from our facility.  Please mention your preference when scheduling your service.  As you can imagine there may be availability and geographic limitations to our ability to accommodate these requests.  We also have the ability to provide your service recommendations, accompanied by videos/photos of your vehicle digitally via email or text.  This Anderson service feature even allows you the option to securely pay your invoice online, without needing to be in physical contact with anyone.
